By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

All products are listed strictly for laboratory Research Use Only. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes. Sales will be limited to verified laboratories, institutions, incorporated businesses, and documented research organizations purchasing exclusively for legitimate laboratory research through an authorized representative age 21 or older. General consumer purchasing and resale are not permitted. First orders require manual approval and organization and contact verification. Orders indicating human, veterinary, self-use, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, performance, household, resale, or unlawful intent will be declined. Purity Forge’s planned release standard is to publish the original laboratory report associated with a released lot in our public COA library before that lot is offered for sale. Reports characterize the submitted sample only for the analyses and methods stated on the report; they do not establish sterility, endotoxin level, fill accuracy, stability, or fitness for any purpose unless that parameter is expressly reported. Product descriptions provide catalog context and are not representations of safety or suitability for any use.

Order review and screening. Purity Forge may review any order and request additional information where appropriate. We may cancel or decline any order that appears inconsistent or suspicious or indicates human, veterinary, self-use, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, performance, household, resale, relabeling, or unlawful intent. Resale and redistribution are not permitted. We do not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, or human- or veterinary-use guidance, and we reserve the right to refuse such requests.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, inaccurate information, or stock or pricing errors. An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order-confirmation email. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Ordering is not currently available. At launch, approved orders will ship only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, and international destinations will not be supported. P.O. boxes are accepted only when the selected carrier permits them. Standard shipping is $9.95, and eligible merchandise subtotals of $175 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping qualify for free standard shipping. Approved orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days; typical carrier transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch and is an estimate, not a guarantee. The available carrier and service will be shown before payment. No cold-chain service is provided unless a released-lot record expressly requires it and checkout offers it. Ordering is not currently available. When ordering opens, an order may be cancelled until fulfillment begins. After shipment, research materials are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind because their chain of custody cannot be restored. Verified wrong, damaged, or materially nonconforming shipments remain eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund, and applicable legal rights are preserved. Report damaged or wrong items within 7 calendar days of delivery, a carrier-marked-delivered but missing parcel within 3 calendar days, or non-delivery within 7 calendar days after the latest carrier estimate. Contact support@purityforgelabs.com with the order number, a concise description, and applicable packaging and label photos; retain all packaging. Do not send anything back without an RMA and the routing supplied by support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. No restocking fee applies to a verified Purity Forge error. The public business correspondence address is not a returns facility. See Shipping, Returns & Storage for full details.

You agree not to use, resell, relabel, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any medical, diagnostic, cosmetic, or performance purpose; not to misrepresent any product or its documentation; and not to use the site unlawfully, to infringe our rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of research materials safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Purity Forge Labs name, logo, site design, text, images, and product renders are our property or used under license and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Products are provided “as is” for research use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purity Forge Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purity Forge Labs and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product, or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable law, exclusive venue for a dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
