Chargeback Policy

For order or payment questions, contact Purity Forge LLC at support@purityforgelabs.com or (305) 423-9893 about an unfamiliar payment, order error, shipment issue or refund. Include the order number and a concise description. Do not email full bank account or routing numbers.

Support hours are Mon–Fri 9–5 ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our first response target is 2 business days. This is not an emergency or medical service.

For an unauthorized or incorrect payment, contact your payment provider or card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising a right provided by law or your bank, and this policy does not shorten applicable dispute periods or waive non-waivable rights.

Our existing Refund/Returns policy governs order cancellations, damaged or wrong items and non-delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We use the order, authorization, support and shipment records to review and respond to a payment dispute. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and the Terms of Service for order terms.
