Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about testing, documentation, ordering, storage, and Research Use Only.
01
Quality & Testing
What documentation is available for a released lot?
We publish each released lot’s original laboratory report before it goes on sale. The report names the laboratory and shows the tests performed and results reported.
Will every released lot be tested?
Our release standard: submit a sample from every lot to an analytical laboratory and publish its report before release.
What is the difference between purity and identity testing?
Purity and identity answer different questions. Purity describes the analyzed sample under the laboratory’s test method. Identity testing checks whether the sample matches the stated compound. See the original report for the methods and results.
02
Certificates of Analysis
How do I read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Match the material, labeled sample amount and batch or lot. Then check the laboratory, report ID and date, methods and results. Current listings use the labeled amount identified in their original report. Results describe the submitted laboratory sample, not an individual assay of every vial.
Where can I find the report for my lot?
Search the COA Library by compound or lot number. Match the lot printed on your vial to the report.
When will lot documentation be available?
The COA Library contains original Freedom Diagnostics and ILS reports identifying the material, batch or lot, and actual sample amount tested. Each current listing uses the labeled sample amount identified in its original report. A different material, labeled amount or batch requires its own matching record. Report publication does not mean a lot is approved for sale; ordering is available for laboratory research.
What is printed on the vial label?
Released labels will show the compound, labeled amount, Research Use Only status and lot number. Use the lot number to find its report in the COA Library.
03
Research Use & Compliance
Are your products Research Use Only (RUO)?
Yes. All products are labeled strictly for laboratory Research Use Only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, human, or veterinary use. The site does not provide human- or veterinary-use guidance.
What do I need to place an order?
Sales are limited to laboratories, institutions, incorporated businesses, and documented research organizations purchasing exclusively for legitimate laboratory research through an authorized representative age 21 or older. General consumer purchasing and resale are not permitted. Provide your email, organization and research field at checkout, and accept the research-use and payment terms. No account is required. Orders are manually reviewed before fulfillment. Orders indicating human, veterinary, self-use, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, performance, household, resale, or unlawful intent will be declined.
What does Research Use Only restrict?
Research Use Only means the material is supplied strictly for laboratory research and is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, human, or veterinary use. The site does not provide effect, dosing, administration, or other human- or veterinary-use guidance. See our Research Use Only page for more detail.
04
Storage & Handling
What storage information is provided?
Storage and shelf-life requirements for sealed laboratory material are product- and lot-specific. For a released lot, follow the handling information published with its record. A catalog listing is not a substitute for that record.
How will materials be packaged for transit?
Released materials will be packed for the carrier service shown before payment. Any lot-specific handling information will be published with the released-lot record. No cold-chain service is provided unless that record expressly requires it and checkout offers it.
05
Ordering & Support
How do I pay for my order?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Review the payment provider terms before proceeding. An order confirmation alone is not payment confirmation. We review confirmed orders before fulfillment.
Where do you ship, and what does delivery cost?
We ship by FedEx to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. A street delivery address is required. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping option and final total. Our shipping policy explains rates, dispatch timing, transit estimates and unsupported destinations.
How do I match my vial to its documentation?
Match your vial’s lot number to its record in the COA Library. This links the documentation to the lot; it does not authenticate the physical vial.
Do you accept returns?
An order may be cancelled until fulfillment begins. After shipment, research materials are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind because their chain of custody cannot be restored. Verified wrong, damaged, or materially nonconforming shipments remain eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund, and applicable legal rights are preserved. Report damaged or wrong items within 7 calendar days of delivery, a carrier-marked-delivered but missing parcel within 3 calendar days, or non-delivery within 7 calendar days after the latest carrier estimate. Contact support@purityforgelabs.com with the order number, a concise description, and applicable packaging and label photos; retain all packaging. Do not send anything back without an RMA and the routing supplied by support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Cancelling an order does not itself send a refund; a refund is confirmed separately through the payment provider. No restocking fee applies to a verified Purity Forge error. The public business correspondence address is not a returns facility.
