Shipping, Returns & Storage

Ordering is not currently available. At launch, approved orders will ship only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, and international destinations will not be supported. P.O. boxes are accepted only when the selected carrier permits them. Standard shipping is $9.95, and eligible merchandise subtotals of $175 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping qualify for free standard shipping. Approved orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days; typical carrier transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch and is an estimate, not a guarantee. The available carrier and service will be shown before payment. No cold-chain service is provided unless a released-lot record expressly requires it and checkout offers it.

Ordering is not currently available. When ordering opens, an order may be cancelled until fulfillment begins. After shipment, research materials are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind because their chain of custody cannot be restored. Verified wrong, damaged, or materially nonconforming shipments remain eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund, and applicable legal rights are preserved. Report damaged or wrong items within 7 calendar days of delivery, a carrier-marked-delivered but missing parcel within 3 calendar days, or non-delivery within 7 calendar days after the latest carrier estimate. Contact support@purityforgelabs.com with the order number, a concise description, and applicable packaging and label photos; retain all packaging. Do not send anything back without an RMA and the routing supplied by support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. No restocking fee applies to a verified Purity Forge error. The public business correspondence address is not a returns facility.

Storage, shelf-life, and handling requirements vary by material and lot. Follow the information provided with the released-lot record or other product-specific documentation. If no applicable handling information is published, contact support before handling the material. Purity Forge does not provide preparation-for-use guidance.

Sales will be limited to verified laboratories, institutions, incorporated businesses, and documented research organizations purchasing exclusively for legitimate laboratory research through an authorized representative age 21 or older. General consumer purchasing and resale are not permitted. First orders require manual approval and organization and contact verification. Orders indicating human, veterinary, self-use, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, performance, household, resale, or unlawful intent will be declined.
