Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Effective September 3, 2026.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, shipping and billing address, order details, and any message you send. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, provide support and order updates, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve our products and website. We do not use it to make health or human-use recommendations of any kind.
How we share it
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — our payment processor, shipping carriers, and hosting and security providers — and only as needed to perform their service, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies that enable cart and checkout functionality. Our commerce platform (WooCommerce) also sets first-party cookies that record how a visitor reached the site — the traffic source and referral attributed to a session — which helps us understand where interest and orders originate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or advertising pixels, and we do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.
Data retention & security
We retain order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights & contact
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request or ask a question, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Written privacy correspondence may be sent to Purity Forge LLC, 12973 SW 112 Street, Unit 147, Miami, FL 33186. We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted here, with its effective date, applies.
Email updates and confirmed consent
If you request launch, lot-report, or product-release updates, we record the email address, the form and page used, the requested topic, the exact consent wording and version, and the time of the request. We use one-way hashes—not raw IP addresses or browser strings—for limited abuse prevention and consent evidence. We send a confirmation email and do not send marketing updates until you complete that confirmation.
Every marketing update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing and release-update emails for that address. We retain a minimal one-way suppression record so the opt-out remains effective, while expired unconfirmed requests and unnecessary detail are removed on a defined schedule. Contact-form messages remain separate and are not treated as marketing consent.
